Within the company, there are more than 100 employees, including 20 R&D and office staff and 80 production staff. Engineering staff include 5 electronics design engineers, 3 mechanical engineers and several technical personnel. Independent research and development were undertaken into intelligent single and dual power sockets, USB sockets, switch panels, intelligent plugs and other smart electrical products for the United States, European and Australian markets. 

Currently equipped with an SMT line, 4 standard production lines, wave soldering line, ultrasonic welding, radium engraving machine and other production equipment, Shinny has full production capabilities.
