Instruction

SUMMARY:

The product is an energy-saving auto-switch. It will turn on when one enters the detection fields and turn off when leaves. It can identify day and night automatically. It adopts infrared energy discharge detector and integrated circuit. Its performance is stable. It will start the controlled load when one enters its detection range and triggers it, the load will turn off automatically when one leaves.

Function:

¦¤ Can identify day and night automatically: The working ambient light can be selected freely; it can work at night and stop in the daytime.
¦¤ The illuminated time can be delayed automatically and adjusted according to the customer¡¯s desire.
¦¤ Can be fixed with not only for all kind of palace lamps, moistureproof lamps, but also equipped solely.

Installation

  • The power and the load wire are connected with the sensor according to connection-wire diagram;
  • The specified installation way (see following diagram):
  • Tighten off the screw on the junction box, take away the back lid of the box;
  • According to the connection-wire diagram and the mark on the box then connect the power and load wire into sensor;
  • Install the sensor at required position according to the way in the diagram;
  • Button the back lid of box, tighten the screw then electrify it and test;
  • If it is used with palace lamp, you could use spiral junction ora of M20 (client¡¯s require);screw the sensor¡¯s spiral junction or directly into the palace lamp¡¯s, tighten the screw and then ok.
  • If it is used with moistureproof lamp, you can use special junction ora (client¡¯s require); lock the sensor directly into the palace lamp and then ok.

Test:

  • After installation, turn the time knobanti-clockwise to minimum; turn the light-control knob to sun before electrifying it;
  • The load should begin to work about 5 sec later after electrifying it, when it stops., make it sense again after 5~10sec,the load should work again;
  • If all are normal, turn the time-delay knob to set the lighting time according to your require, you can set the working ambient light by turning the light control knob.
  • Attention: after the last induction, if the load doesn¡¯t stop work during the using course, It can induct continually.; otherwise it can induct once again after 6sec interval.

Note:

    • Electrician and experienced human can install it
    • The unrest objects can ¡®t be regarded as the installation basis-face
    • There should be no hinder or unrest objects effecting detection in front of the detection window
    • Avoid installing it near temperature alteration zone, for example, air condition, central heater etc
    • Please don¡¯t open the case for your safety if you find the hitch after installation, you should contact the provider in time.

SOME PROBLEM AND SOLUTION

The load don¡¯t work:

  • Check the connection of power and load
  • If the load is good
  • If the indicator lamp speed quicken after induction
  • Please check if the working light set corresponds to ambient light.

The sensitivity is poor:

  • Please check if there is any hinder in front of the detection window that effect to receive the signals
  • Please check the ambient temperature
  • Please check if the signal source is in the detection field
  • Please check the installation height
  • If the moving orientation is correct.

The sensor can¡¯t shut off the load automatically:

  • If there is continual induction signal in the detection fields
  • If the delay-time is set to the longest
  • If the power correspond to the instruction required
  • If the temperature change obviously near the sensor (air conditioner, central heater etc).
